Our website takes Paypal, the most convenient way to make payments on the internet. You can transfer funds from your credit card or from your bank account easily and safely using Paypal. We also accept Direct Deposit into our National Bank Account, details are provided on your Confirmation of Order email. We also accept Personal & Bank Cheques and Money Orders. Please note goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared and can take up to 5 working days. Please make personal cheques and money orders out to LISA MANTELL (not Destination Art) and mail to:

As an international customer, we welcome you to Destination Art. If you would like to make a purchase with us, please proceed with your order through the checkout procedure including your mailing address.  Check the box to be advised of the best possible shipping rate available and your order will be submitted to us as a PENDING ORDER, we will then email you with the best possible shipping rate available.  After you confirm postage rates to be satisfactory (we charge only up to date ACTUAL shipping costs), you will be sent a paypal invoice from Destination Art including your shipping & order amount and you can finalise your order payment via PAY PAL funds transfer. We have some great products available from amazing Australian companies such as premium chipboard and printed ephemera from Collections Elements, wonderful unmounted stamps from Darkroom Door and Stamp It,  our own exclusive and extensive range of charms at DA Charms, flowers at DA Flowers, trims at DA Trims, exquiste paper pads, paper flowers, rub-ons, laser cut wood shapes, clear stamps & bling from Kaisercraft and original chipboard products from Out There Chippy, 2 Crafty Words or Whatever and Dusty Attic.


FREE LOCAL DELIVERY & APPOINTMENT SHOPPING

If you live or work within the Albany area and would like to save on postage, we offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on all orders.  To ensure you don't pay postage, when you fill out your address details as you go through the checkout please ensure your postcode is entered at 6330 (ie: if you live out of town but work in Albany and would like your order dropped off there, please put your work address in as the delivery address not your home address).  This will automatically save your order without a postage charge and we will email you to arrange a drop off time for your order.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Destination Art E-Gift Vouchers are the perfect giving gift to friends and loved ones.
 We offer vouchers in increments of $25 to $100.You design the voucher amount you want to send.  For instance, if you want to give $150 in vouchers all you need to do is add a $100 and a $50 voucher to your cart.You can also purchase other items at the same time you buy the vouchers, they do not need to be purchased separately.

If you are purchasing E-GIFT VOUCHERS only, please put your own address as your delivery address BUT change the postcode to 6330 and select the FREE shipping option.
 
Once your payment for the E-Gift Voucher is received you will be contacted by email for details on how you would like to give your E-Gift Voucher. We can email it to you.  This way you can print it out and give. Alternatively, we can email the voucher directly to the recipient with a message from you.
Each voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the purchase date and can be used to pay for any items available on the Destination Art website.  Vouchers are redeemed with a unique redemption code which is emailed at the same time as the voucher.

 

HOW YOUR SHOPPING CART WORKS

Being registered or logged into your account with us during a session means that your shopping cart will be saved for you to return to at a later date (within 14 days) to continue/edit shopping if you get distracted and leave your computer. If you have not logged in and walk away for a period of more than 20 minutes your cart will be lost. It is highly recommended that each time you visit the website to shop that you log in and out to save your cart. It saves you time and allows you to continue shopping or edit your cart. Please note that if you cancel your order at the paypal checkout your order will not be saved.

 

RETURNS

If you believe any product you received from us to be faulty, please email us as soon as possible. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded including postage charges. When sending back goods, they must be accompanied by their original packaging. Please choose carefully as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you just have a change of mind on the items you have purchased.

 

UPDATING YOUR EMAIL

If you change your email address please log in with your old email address and then go to "My Account". Please make changes regarding your email address in this section, then click save. Please do not re-register on our site with your new email address as this automatically sends you another automatically generated "welcome email" with the 10% discount code. This is a thank you for becoming a NEW customer only and seeing you have used that discount code once with your old email address, we ask you please don’t double dip the system and redeem the discount again.
