Perfect Pearls are pearlescent pigment powders developed with a built-in resin. Easily add shimmering highlights to all your projects. Works amazingly well on darker papers and cardstocks. Use perfect pearls DRY or WET in an infinite number of innovative ways. Brush on dry or simply add water to produce luminous paints. Mix with watercolours, embossing powders, clays, inks and acrylic paints. Use Perfect Medium (in kits or buy separately) to stamp your favourite images then brush over.
